Happy 50th Anniversary Pride Alumni!
Welcome to the 2019 celebration of the CFHS Pride Alumni Marching Band. We are looking forward to seeing you this August. Whether you’ve recently graduated, or it’s been a while since, we would love your participation this year to have the largest turnout ever. We have social events wrapped around our practices this year for you and your family to enjoy!
All of our past Directors will be in attendance, including Mr. Dustin Harris (Tiger band director) and Mr. Scott Curfman as our Directors and Mr. Bob Feldbush, Pride Alumni Director Emeritus, directing our Concert Number!
If marching is too much of a stretch, join us on field to play our R. H. Feldbush arranged concert number, My Way, which coincidentally turns 50 this year as well!
Cherie Banks, who designed our official Pride Alumni logo, has been tirelessly working and has created a new logo to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. We will have this as an exclusive patch for your shirt and a window sticker as a commemorative gift for the first 250 alumni who pay their membership fee.
Speaking of membership fees, you DO NOT have to pay a fee to march and we want to make that clear. The fees we do collect are used for purchasing instruments and equipment for The Pride and the Tiger Band, music, keeping our website running, maintenance of our instruments, etc. In addition, your Pride Alumni provides every graduating Tiger Band Senior a Pride Alumni t-shirt with their graduation year on the back and every spring, we provide a Pride Alumni Scholarship to a graduating Tiger Band Senior. This year we awarded our 10th scholarship!
